USA Locking Pliers

So we went out on a limb and bought over 21,000 of these US made self locking pliers made by The Adjustable Clamp Co. They sell these pretty regularly to Sears, but for whatever reason, they decided not to chrome them anymore, so we got the rest of the chromed version. I believe they still sell them in a black oxide coating. They come individually in 6″, 7″ and 9″ and we made up a 3 pc set.

I don’t think Sears carries these anymore under the Craftsman Brand name.

I had often had wondered who made these pliers for Sears, as they do not have the “Craftsman” vendor code number on them.

Thought Western forge was the vendor, but as usual, I’m wrong.

Hope these pliers, if still produced by ACC are still made in the U.S. of A.

Ditto Craftsman, Irwin Tools, “Vise Grips’, now proudly made in Communist Red China!!!

Ask the former workers and towns people of De Witt, Nebraska,(Home of Peterson Mfg. Co. Vise Grip)what they think of the junk and I do mean scrap metal junk for locking pliers that Irwin now markets. Pure Communist American Job Killing JUNK!!!

Fight back. Buy american By americans, Wilde Tool Company, Hiawatha, Kansas.
