USA Work Suspenders

Epstein’s enters the world of fashion with this offering of USA work suspenders. Comes in all the colors of the rainbow, and by that I mean they come in blue or red. Made right here in Missouri, these suspenders are guaranteed to hold up your pants. Nice heavy duty metal clips. Adjustable straps. Leather binding [...]

Armstrong Indexible Head Ratchet

Wow. Those Armstrong ratchets we added to the catalog have been flying off the shelf. Most likely because of this garagejournal post by Stephen9666, so I decided to add this 72 tooth 3/8″ drive Armstrong indexible head ratchet as well. The head pivots and locks with a satisfyingly smooth click. Nice length at 10″, and [...]

Wilde Flush Fastener Pliers Review

Our friend Stuart at Toolguyd wrote a great review of the Wilde flush fastening slip joint pliers that appeared in his Toolguyd blog as well as in Makezine. He also made a video talking about it which you can see below. (Picture is by Stuart.)

Armstrong Socket Sets

We recently got these Armstrong socket sets in to replace the Cougar sets that we used to carry. Wright moved the Cougar line overseas, so we decided to go with Armstrong, and I have to admit they are a little nicer. They all come in a grey metal box (which is made in Taiwan), and [...]

How to take up space

Instead of going into all that I’m going to teach you an important writing technique. The technique I’m referring to is how to take [...]

Helle Scout Knife

People come up to me all the time on the street and ask me, “Jori, what’s the proper time to give my son or daughter a really sharp knife?” and I always tell them the same thing, “Now. Now is the time.” Here in the US we are a little squimish about letting our children [...]

Wetterlings Clearing Axes

Have those bushes in the backyard been giving you dirty looks? Do you live out in the country where trees and animals run around like they own the place? Do you suffer from anthophobia (fear of flowers)? If you answered yes to any of these questions then a Wetterlings Clearing Axe just might be the [...]

Wilde V – A new hope

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes. I had a nice day of rest and now I’m back at it, plowing through more boxes of Wilde stuff, taking pictures and getting things online. I added 8 new items today. We are scraping the bottom of the boxes now, so the stuff is only going to start [...]

Birthday

Today is my birthday, which means instead of doing my normal work, I just kind of goofed around all day. So instead of a new amazing tool offer, I give you this close up shot of a tikki head guy. Tomorrow I’ll do better. P.S. There will be some more Wilde items posted tomorrow.

Wilde Deal IV – The Final Chapter?

Posted another 16 Wilde closeout items today. This will be the last big batch of Wilde closeouts…………or is it?
