Epstein’s Day is almost upon us, and as you are getting your order together I’d like to make one suggestion. When you are picking out the tools you want, I would encourage you to buy from the smaller family owned US companies. Your one purchase goes, not just to helping us, but helps the people in Hiawatha, KS and Barberton OH. It helps the families in Harrison, NJ and Hebron, IL. It helps all the small US manufacturers out there that have a commitment to the people in their community. If you have no idea what Epstein’s day is you might read the thread that started it all in the garage journal.
When people buy American made products they do so for a number of reasons. You might buy them because of the excellent quality that “US Made” represents, or maybe it’s the pride you feel in supporting your country, or maybe it’s the satisfaction in helping those families that have dedicated their lives to the idea that making something is still an important part of who we are. Whatever the reason, I can’t think of a better thing to do on the 4th then support all the businesses local and on the internet that make an effort to sell products still Made in the USA.
