Western Forge Deal

We just bought two truckloads of tools from Western Forge. Not sure exactly when it will be here but I imagine sometime next week. Screwdrivers, adjustable wrenches, pliers, etc. Older craftsman stuff. Not really sure what we got as I haven’t studied the list but it should be fun to unpack.

On a completely separate note we need to make room in our warehouse, so we’re having a sale on these German carts. These used to cost dealers (resellers) $150.00. We are selling them this week only for $65.00. Come on down or order them online. These puppies need to go.

Can’t wait to see the Western Forge haul!

I’ll have to think about snagging up one of those carts as well. If shipping won’t kill me, I may order one.

Mr. Jori/Mr. Steve, I am really looking forward to seeing what you purchased. The second you mentioned Western Forge and older Craftsman, I instantly grinned.

I wish hahaha. I can’t wait for it to be the start of next week myself. I think I like the element of suspense, as who knows what will be there next week exactly.

    Interesting purchase of W-F Inventory.

But I wonder, if Sears Holding LLC, would let any overstock (over production run) of Craftsman Brand Western Forge hand tools to be resold, by Western Forge?

In other words, not for other than retail sales at Sears and K-Mart.

    Did I make any sense?

Some years ago, Western Forge produced a chaulking removal tool, a screwdriver handled tool with a special formed tip, that was sold a Sears.

This tool did not bear the Craftsman and or Sears name, but rather was marked “Western Forge.

It came in a clear plastic pouch, with Western Forges name and mailing address printed on same.

Anyhow, in closing are interesting truckload(s) purchase by HJE Co.!

Still haven’t shipped as of today, so not sure the expected delivery date. When I said “older craftsman”, it’s not going to be real old. Just stuff that’s probably been sitting around for the last 5 years.

Ah I see, when you said older Craftsman, I thought you meant from the 70′s or 80′s. Well, I am sure it will be interesting anyway. Bummer that it didn’t come today though. Oh well.
